This stand alone townhouse is located only a short walk to the Cowes main front beach and main shopping precinct.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is located on the ground level, the sliding doors open onto the paved courtyard and also allows plenty of light into the house.

You will find loads of space in the lounge room with the modern and comfortable couches where all the family can enjoy a movie together. The dining table in front of the courtyard window is the perfect sunny spot for breakfast. The courtyard is fully fenced and has an outdoor setting and an electric bbq. Split system heating and cooling provides year round comfort.

The kitchen is spacious and modern with electric cooking, a microwave, dishwasher as well as a large fridge. Plenty of pots, pans and utensils as well as salad bowls and platters, perfect for that alfresco dining.

This property has provided a high chair and porta cot as well as a child security gate to lock off the stairs. You will need to bring all your own linen and bedding for the porta cot.

All three bedrooms are upstairs with the main front bedroom having a queen bed with walk-in robe and ensuite. It also has a wall mounted flat screen tv and a lovely balcony accessed by sliding doors. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with the third having 2 single beds. All bedrooms have split system heating and cooling.

Also upstairs is the family bathroom with bath and downstairs you will find a third toilet in the laundry as well as a washing machine for your convenience.

The secure lock up garage is available for guest use.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
