This is a lovely spacious family holiday home located in the quiet suburb of Cape Woolamai.

The inviting, light filled open plan living area has plenty of space for everyone and includes a fully equipped kitchen which has all you need including electric oven and cooktop, Microwave oven and a dishwasher for a fast clean up! (Even a bar fridge!)

Enjoy a movie in the lounge room upstairs and a bbq on the large back deck. The front deck offers views of the island and is a
great spot to catch the afternoon sun while watching the helicopters take off and land from the nearby airport. Late in the day enjoy a drink and enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the elevated deck. Or, sit in the morning sun on the back balcony and watch the kids play in the backyard.

The main bedroom, also located upstairs, features a comfy queen size bed, views, an en-suite bathroom and large walk in robes.

Downstairs offers two large bedrooms with bunks and double beds, a second bathroom, separate toilet and laundry with a washing machine. The downstairs sitting room has a tv and two comfy couches and is a nice quiet space to relax.

A split system air conditioner keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter. The carport allows for 2 cars to be parked under cover with further parking space for an additional two vehicles on site.

The fully enclosed shady back yard is ideal for the kids to play safely.

The property is pet friendly (by application only, conditions apply) so your four legged friend can come and enjoy the holidays with you, but must remain off of the furniture and must not go in any bedrooms.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.

Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
