A snug lounge, kitchen and dining area is located at the front of the house. Large floor to ceiling windows allow loads of sunlight into the space with an opening on to a great deck. There are comfortable sofas to relax and watch TV or a DVD. Electrical cooking appliances, microwave and lots of bench space will make prepping meals a breeze, then sit at the good size dining table. Stoke up the wood heater for cosy warmth on cooler evenings.
The 3 bedrooms are at the back section of the house along with the bathroom with bath and separate shower and laundry. The laundry has washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
