Two of the bedrooms and the family bathroom are on the ground floor, as well as the laundry with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs comprises of another sitting area with Tv and decking to enjoy the sun and take in the magnificent views of Newhaven Marina. You will also find the main bedroom and ensuite on this level. Other features include bbq, outdoor setting and a double lock up garage. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date.
