The kitchen has gas cook top and electric oven, microwave and dishwasher along with all the utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery needed for your family. There is also, a second lounge – plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourselves.
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, side table and lamps. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with bedside table and lamps. Bedroom 3 offers a bunk bed and extra single bed.
The spacious old world bathroom has a claw foot bath, shower and toilet and there is an additional shower and toilet in the laundry.
This is a lovely, sunny and comfortable home with lots of great features the perfect base for visiting Phillip Island.
The property is pet friendly (by application only, conditions apply) so your four legged friend can come and enjoy the holidays with you, but must remain off of the furniture and must not go in any bedrooms.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
