The entry to laundry is downstairs on the side of the house.

Enjoy the sunshine on either of the 2 large separate decks which is perfect for those summer bbqs. The back deck has access to the lovely back yard with fire pit.

The property is fully fenced with room for 2 cars under the carport and ample off street parking.
