This three bedroom holiday home is only a short stroll to Cowes township, restaurants, shops and beach. The main living is upstairs and is open plan living the kitchen and dining and doors leading out to a great deck. The lounge has comfortable sofas TV and DVD player there is gas heating and ceiling fans.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking and a microwave. The three bedrooms are all upstairs the master bedroom has an ensuite and there is a family bathroom with shower over the bath. The deck has an outdoor setting, a perfect spot for Summer BBQ’s. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Downstairs is a second living area / games room with TV and table tennis table. This is a lovely family home, sunny and clean with a fully fenced back garden and plenty of room in the driveway to park a boat. The gas BBQ is located in the shed in the back yard.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
