There are 2 decks, the large deck looks over the rear garden and it has a gas BBQ and outdoor setting with seating for 6 plus extra chairs for visitors. The front deck is a perfect spot for sitting in the sun and taking in the rural views. The main bedroom with ensuite is also upstairs.
Downstairs there is a second living room with a TV and sofa. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs, as well as the family bathroom. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. The rear garden is grassy, perfect for a game of family cricket and there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is room for 2 cars under the carport and room for at least one other car in the driveway.
