Upstairs boasts a beautiful open plan living/kitchen/dining area that is filled with natural light. You are welcomed into this space by the gorgeous hardwood timber flooring and sliding doors opening up to the partially undercover decking area. This is the perfect place to take in the water views while entertaining friends and family or watching the sunset.
The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances; dishwasher an an electric oven and stovetop. The property has 3 bedrooms consisting of a queen bed in one, a queen bed and a single trundle bed in another and a set of single bunks beds in the third bedroom. Also upstairs is the bathroom.
Split system heating and cooling in the main area will keep you comfortable year round and the Coonara fireplace will keep you cosy and warm on those extra chilly days and nights. *Please note; firewood and kindling is not supplied but can be purchased from the BP service station in Cowes.
The laundry in located downstairs where there is plenty of space to store some of your beach items and there is even an extra fridge!
There’s plenty of room for parking, even for a boat.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
