The front is fenced off and is nice and private. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and Tv’s. The open plan living has Tv dvd, split system, wood fire, lounge and dining. The timber floors are low maintenance. The well equipped kitchen has ceaser stone benchtops, dishwasher, electric oven and cooktop, stools at the island bench and coffee machine.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite with shower and toilet. The main bathroom is located on the ground level with a bath, shower and toilet. The laundry has a front load washing machine.
Enjoy a summer Bbq, morning coffee or family gathering in the under cover entertaining area. The single lock up garage has a dryer, Tv and 2 fold out beds. Limited Wifi is available too.
