There is also a large balcony with outdoor setting & gas bbq perfect for that summer cook up. On this level are another 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with 2 x bunks and the main bathroom with spa bath, separate toilet & a powder room.

Reverse cycle cooling & heating on the top 2 levels means you will always feel comfortable and a big range of books, board games & dvds means no-one will be bored.

The lower level has a large rumpus room in the garage and a laundry. Outside there is another patio & outdoor setting, a good-sized backyard and a hot/cold outdoor shower.

Although you are unable to park in the garage, there is parking at the bottom of the driveway and space at the top.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
