A good supply of childrens books and games are provided as well as an extensive dvd collection. A split system provides year round comfort with heating and cooling. Two ceiling fans are also here.

The large dining table seats 10 people and a babies high chair is also available. The kitchen is well equipped for the family needs.

Verandah’s are positioned on both sides of the house from the upstairs area with the east facing verandah providing morning sun and magnificent water views. The verandah is large enough to relax on whilst enjoying a wine or beer, have a cook up on the BBQ provided and eat at the outdoor setting.

Also on this level are three bedrooms which comprise 2 queen sized beds, 1 double and a single bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes and ceiling fans to provide extra comfort. The main bathroom has a bath, seperate shower and toilet.

Downstairs is the additional 4th bedroom made private by a small partition wall, this bedroom also has a 50 inch tv and dvd player. Off this room is the second bathroom and toilet along with the laundry. *Please note; the bunk beds in the photo are no longer at the property!

The property has ample parking with some undercover parking as well as enough room for a boat.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
