There are 2 separate living area’s, one just for the kids downstairs with very comfortable couches, a flat screen tv, dvd, and vcr and a split system for heating and cooling. Upstairs is perfect for the adults featuring a romantic enclosed fire place surrounded by cosy lounges and ceiling fans to cool you if needed. The upstairs living area also leads out onto a beautiful balcony where you can sit quietly taking in the views of the San Remo bridge and Cape Woolamai Beach.

The master bedroom with the queen sized bed is located upstairs too, featuring a dual access ensuite with a relaxing spa bath, an overhead shower, basin and toilet and even access to the balcony.

The other two bedrooms are downstairs, one with a tri bunk (double on the bottom and single up top) and trundle bed, the other with a tri bunk. Downstairs also has a full bathroom and laundry with an additional toilet in the laundry.

Located in a well sought after quiet location in Cape Woolamai, you will not be disappointed with this lovely home!
