The main deck is accessed through sliding doors off the kitchen and it has a gas bbq and outdoor setting and a large dining setting with seating for 8.
Two of the bedrooms are on this middle level and have direct access to the wrap around decking – open up the French doors and let in the breeze. The main bedroom has an ensuite and French doors leading out to the private balcony overlooking the garden.
The third bedroom is on the ground level as well as a family bathroom and laundry.
This is a fabulous house with a hot and cold outdoor shower, a second large deck in the garden and even a wood fired pizza oven. The property is fully fenced with a native garden and there is ample off street parking. There is a table tennis table and foosball in the garage for guests use.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
