There is a large wood heater in the open living area, as well as a split system for heating and cooling. There are 2 bathrooms at the property, one coming off the laundry containing a shower & vanity with a separate toilet in the hallway, and another bathroom with separate toilet accessed from outside only.
4 bedrooms, some with a ceiling fan have ample beds for up to 16 guests. Perfect for extended family or large friend groups.
The property includes a grassy area out the back and a huge carport. There is a gas bbq and outdoor setting undercover. The spacious rear garden backs on to a reserve. Please note the property is not fully fenced. The long driveway provides parking for up to 3 vehicles.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
