Description
This is a lovely sunny and clean home that has been very tastefully decorated with all new furnishings. Approximately 5 minutes drive into Cowes main shopping area and restaurants and just a 3 minute stroll around the corner to the general store.
The main living area is open plan with comfortable modular sofas, bean bags, large flat screen tv and dvd. There is a central 8 seater dining table and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully self contained with electric cooking and a microwave (no dishwasher). The living area has split system heating and cooling as well as an electric wall heater.
There are 3 bedrooms set up for family or group of friends and one bathroom. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
So that you can sit and relax there is a front deck with breakfast setting for your morning cuppa and a great undercover area at the back of the house that has a gas bbq and outdoor setting. The back garden is fully fenced and pets will be considered but must remain strictly outside only (conditions apply).
The garage is not available for use.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
