3 bedrooms, the main bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds, third bedroom one single bed and set of bunks. Each bedroom has been provided with a portable fan and an oil filled heater. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and toilet. For guest convenience there is a separate toilet as well.
A fully equipped kitchen includes electric stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a large dining table and comfortable leather lounge suite to relax on whilst watching the flat screen TV and a reverse-cycle AC in the living area. Wifi is available.
Outside under the shady oak trees is an antique slab table, with plenty of outdoor chairs stored in the carport where there is also a BBQ.
A comfortable, seaside house with great access to a safe beach and the local café with good coffee next to the boat ramp and the energetic can walk along the beach up to central Cowes shopping and restaurant precinct.
